Class Descriptions

BodyPump - The 60 minute original barbell workout that sculpts, tones and strengthens your entire body fast!       
BodyCombat - The 55 minute martial arts inspired cardio workout that leaves you feeling empowered!                   
BodyBalance - A yoga, T'ai Chi and Pilates-inspred workout leaving you long, strong, calm and centred.               
BodyAttack - Sports inspired cardio workout. No matter what your fitness levels, you'll get fit and stay fitter!         
GRIT Series Classes - 30 minute High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) classes. Strength, Plyo and Cardio             
Zumba - 55 minutes of dance infused cardio exercise! Enjoy moving your body to the beat and burning calories    
ReasonsBox - A 55 minute class that involves basic pad drills and boxing circuits. Good fun for all abilities            
  Epic Circuits - A 55 minute class that brings you a whole body circuit that's different every time                                
              Yoga Stretch - A 55 minute Yoga class that will help improve your flexibility and core, in a calming environment                   
Fight Conditioning - A 60 minute class involving exercises and pad drills used by mixed martial arts athletes        
Express Circuits - A 30 minute circuit class taken by the Instructor on duty that will get you your daily workout
           RPM - An indoor static cycling class that takes you through a series of sprints, hill climbs and flats all to the pumping music! 
SPRINT - A 30 minute High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class on a static bike! Work hard, recover & go again!
SH'BAM - Les Mills bring you the 45 minute dance based workout with simple moves and great music!
CXWorx - The 30 minute core workout using a tube band, plate and your own bodyweight!
